Pricing.

How much does it cost?: Starter £24/mo, Pro £59/mo, or our Founding tier at £39/mo (limited seats, locked in for life). No VAT, no setup fees, no hidden seats, no 'platform fee'.
What's the price freeze?: Sign up before November 2026 and your monthly price never changes, even as we add new features and raise prices for new customers.
Annual contracts?: Nope. Monthly. Cancel anytime. We'd rather earn it than lock you in.
Is there a catch?: We're British. There's always a catch. Ours is we like building this. Sorry.

How long does setup take?: About 60 seconds. Sign up, name your shop, start a job. That's it. If you'd rather a hand, the onboarding's there, free, optional, no slide deck.
Can I import existing data?: Yes, CSV import for customers and jobs. Or paste a spreadsheet, we'll figure it out.
Can I export my data?: Always. CSV, JSON, full database dump. Your data is yours.

When do updates come out?: The second Tuesday of every month. Like Patch Tuesday, but for repair shops, and without the bluescreens.
How will I know what changed?: Plain-English release notes in-app and by email. What changed, why, what to click.
What if a release breaks something?: We roll back in minutes, not days. And we run preview shops on every release before it ships.

Are you GDPR-compliant?: Yes. One-click export, delete and access requests for any customer record.
What about HMRC / VAT?: We're not VAT registered ourselves, so your AIRVIO invoice has no VAT on it. But the invoices you send YOUR customers from AIRVIO can absolutely include VAT, MTD-shaped exports and a tidy audit trail. Your accountant will be quietly pleased.
Where is the data stored?: EU/UK regions, encrypted at rest and in transit. ISO 27001 aligned.
